Mission brief

Context

a Belgian software company whose B2B SaaS platform organises collaboration between companies and freelancers (contracts, assignment tracking, e-invoicing) runs a professional community in Belgium, in French and English.

Tasks

  • Maintain the editorial calendar for the company page and the executives' profiles on LinkedIn
  • Publish user testimonials, behind-the-scenes product posts and event coverage
  • Answer comments and messages, and moderate under a written charter
  • Spot active members and offer them opportunities to speak

Deliverables

  • Monthly editorial calendar approved before publication
  • Moderation and response charter
  • Monthly engagement dashboard: reach, interactions, followers gained, messages handled

Profile

B2B community management, LinkedIn and a scheduling tool (Buffer, Hootsuite or equivalent), written French and English, Dutch is a plus.

Terms

remote, in French and English, posts approved by marketing. The volume shown is a ceiling, with no set hours.
