Mission brief
Context
A Belgian publisher of a B2B SaaS platform that organises collaboration between companies and freelancers is outsourcing data entry for its Luxembourg entity, whose books are kept in Odoo under the standard chart (PCN). The fiduciary firm prepares and files the returns.
Tasks
- Record purchase and sales documents written in French, German or English, in euros or foreign currencies
- Classify each document under the PCN and check the invoice particulars
- Reconcile bank statements and follow up on unpaid customer invoices
- Prepare VAT return inputs for the fiduciary firm
Deliverables
- Journals up to date, each entry linked to its scanned supporting document
- Monthly bank reconciliation statement, discrepancies commented
- VAT file broken down by code and by country, handed to the fiduciary firm
Profile
hands-on PCN experience, Odoo or equivalent, intra-EU VAT. Fluent French, reading knowledge of German and English.
Terms
